From its humble beginnings in a home office located in a spare bedroom, the company’s reach has grown beyond its roots to include seven offices spanning from Guam to Puerto Rico. Incorporated in 1973, our highly qualified staff includes certified technicians and senior level professional engineers. The client base spans government, industrial/commercial and healthcare sectors and includes more than 60,000 projects. Offices located in Guam, Texas, Hawaii, Korea, Virgina, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego and Puerto Rico. We are members of AABC, ACG, AIHA, ASHRAE, IKECA, NADCA and the USGBC.
